WAIVER AND RELEASE : By utilizing this web-based ticketing platform, and by clicking through the various pages (including the buttons “reserve now”, “next” and “purchase”), the purchaser of the tickets, on behalf of him/herself, and any minor(s) as part of the ticket purchase, agrees not to sue, releases all claims of personal injury or wrongful death, and waives all claims and causes of action for negligence against Dig It Torrance LLC, Mycotoo, Inc. and all of their respective members, officers, directors and employees. Such waiver and release includes, but is not limited to any and all injuries or death caused by, relating to or arising out of the use of the Dig It facility, being on the Dig It property, and/or medical treatment provided or failed to be provided in the event of a medical emergency. By clicking through the ticketing pages, it is agreed that doing so is the same as a digital signature pursuant to California Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Civil Code Section 1633.1 et. seq.), even though there is no actual signature by purchaser.
